5 army men injured

In an inident of cross-border cease fire violation today 5 army soldiers were wounded in shelling in Mendhar area of Poonch district of J&K.
Firing and shelling started today morning in Balakote sector of Poonch, resulting in injuries to five soldiers an official said. 
The soldiers injured in the incident were identified as Lance Naik Gaurav Vishnak (34), riflemanBudha Rai (33), Naik Jitender Verma (23), Rahul Pandey (24) and Subedar Deshbandu (47). They were airlifted to Udhampur for specialized treatment.
